Bruising/bleeding gums-citrus fruits, especially lemons and limes and their juices are rich vitamin C sources. The white pithy portion of oranges and grapefruits are rich in bioflavonoids.
Fatigue- rich vitamin C foods, as above, support the adrenals. Sea salt, such as Celtic or pink Himalayan. Licorice root tea and ginseng, either American or Korean ginseng.
Underactive thyroid/tender breasts with nodules or cysts- Think iodine rich foods, such as seaweed. Kelp, dulse, bladderwrack, and others for rich sources of iodine.

Arthritis/ arthritic nodules/spurs-
Apple cider vinegar and honey. 1 to 2 teaspoons of each with a little water, stirred well and drank down one to two times a day. The apple cider vinegar, as well as being a rich source of potassium, also acts with its acidity to bring calcium spurs and nodules back into solution. This is a pH issue and this formula will often times give you an instant pick up.
Constipation- this can be a hydration issue involving lack of water or inadequate intake of healthy sea salt to draw water into the bowel. Look to increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables, organic wherever possible to add healthy bulk and fiber to the bowel.
Weak nails/ brittle hair- look to the mineral silica obtained through intake of the herb horsetail. The strengthener of hair, teeth, bones, nails, and arteries.
Low sex drive- increase zinc intake through consumption of pumpkin seeds. Support the body and the important sex hormones through intake of Ginseng, Maca, Tongkat Ali or Ashwagandha

Kidney infections- cranberry juice helps with its acidity to make the urine an unfavorable place for unhealthily bacteria to live.
Osteoporosis and bowel imbalances- strengthen the body and feed the microbiome of the gut through intake of bone broth. Recipes exist online to make your own or get good quality bone broth from the store, heat it up and consume.
Eye health- consume vegetables that are yellow or orange in color. These are rich sources of beta carotene and vitamin A to feed the eyes. Dark green vegetables can be a source of lutein, shown to be beneficial for eye conditions. Do not forget the herb for the eyes, Bilberry. Fantastic!
Heavy metal poisoning- garlic has been shown through research to be the premier herb for binding and eliminating heavy metals from the body. Garlic is also great for the arterial system and has great properties for feeding the gut microbiome and acting as an antimicrobial.

Lung infections/congestion/emphysema- the herb Lobelia in liquid form from Dr. Christopher Herbs is indispensable. Rich in alkaloids, it is an incredible bronchial dilator. Great for coughs and mucous congestion.
Hippocrates, the father of medicine, said the following: “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food “. In order to accomplish this in today’s modern world, you must obtain the highest quality food. This means organic food grown without pesticides and herbicides in mineral rich soil. Non-genetically modified food or food not grown with genetically modified seeds. Do your homework, spend the money that is necessary for your food as medicine or best of all, learn to grow it yourself. Healing is possible, not with suppression through drugs, but through returning to a natural orientated diet and lifestyle.
