Garlic: Miracle healing food

Garlic (Allium Sativum)

This plant falls into the category of a food that also acts like an herb. It has a wide variety of medicinal effects.

Garlic has anti-viral, antibacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-parasite effects.

It is a fantastic herb for respiratory infections.

It is a premier herb for pulling heavy metals out of the body. It has positive influences for preventing and treating atherosclerosis/ hardening and clogging of the arteries.

It has positive influences for high cholesterol and triglycerides.

In World War II, garlic was provided for British soldiers when they ran out of sulfa drugs. When the sulfa drugs became available again, the soldiers preferred garlic for its superior affects. Russian soldiers referred to it as Russian penicillin or natural antibiotic.

I look to consume it as a food and take it frequently in supplement form also.
